Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Convaq Technologies Private Limited has carved a niche for itself in the world of radiology, medical imaging print solutions, healthcare imaging, diagnostic equipment, and more recently in e-commerce products.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

• For all urban areas within India, the product will be delivered by major courier agencies.
• For remote or rural areas, the product will be sent via local couriers or Indian Speed Post and may take longer than expected.

Damages

At Techno Imaging, we take lost and damaged products very seriously. We understand that receiving damaged or lost goods can be distressing, and we take every measure to ensure secure delivery of your order in the best possible condition.
