Return & Refund Policy

Step 1 – Raise a return/replacement request within
7 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s).
In case of damaged or missing product(s), raise a return/replacement request through
My Account within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Call us at 9871332888 or mail us at support@technoimaging.in. We will be happy to assist you.
- Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
- Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product(s) delivered to you.

Step 4 – In case our reverse pick-up service is not available in your location, please self-ship the product via any reliable courier.
We will reimburse courier charges into the account/wallet from where the payment was made.
For COD orders, please provide your bank account details for the refund transfer.

Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.
Please note that replacement will depend on stock availability.

Step 6 – Once your return claim is accepted, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
Depending on the payment method, banks and payment gateways may take 7–10 working days to credit the amount.
To cancel your return or replacement request, notify us by sending an email to
support@technoimaging.in
stating your decision to cancel the request.
If you decide to return the product, we will refund all payments received (excluding delivery charges) without undue delay.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer within 4–10 working days once we receive the material.
Conditions of Return & Exchange
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Physically damaged or tampered product/packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products/items
- Replacement will be delivered within 7 days.
Under what conditions return/replacement requests will not be accepted?
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
- Return/replacement request generated after 7 days of delivery
- Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days of delivery
Order Cancellation
Conditions of Order Cancellation
- No reimbursement will be made
- If the product has been used once opened
- For products not returned in their original condition
- If they have been damaged
Please take care of the product(s) while in your possession.
Return the product(s) with all original packaging, instructions, and accompanying items.
Always include the receipt received at delivery when sending the product back.
Upon cancellation, the respective products shall be returned as per the procedure below.
Returning the Product(s)
When returning products by courier arranged by us, please contact us via our web form or by email at
support@technoimaging.in
for collection from your address.
Send the product in its original packaging and follow the instructions in the “Returns” section of this website.
If you purchased as a guest, you can also request a return by courier through our toll-free number.
You won’t be required to pay any additional costs for the return.
Please note that we do not have a partial return policy.
